Randstad is seeking candidates with industry experience in financial services, wealth management, and investment firm experience for openings in Baltimore city and Baltimore county areas. Ideal candidates will have experience in white glove client cars, maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring smooth communications.

salary: $57,000 – $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Assist Wealth Managers with account administration, including opening, updating, and maintaining client accounts and processing transactions.

Prepare and coordinate client reports, performance summaries, and communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manage client meeting logistics, schedule appointments, and support Wealth Managers with meeting preparations and follow-up actions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by maintaining accurate client records, processing paperwork, and supporting documentation efforts.
