A premier beverage distributor, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our team. In this role, the AR Clerk will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate posting of customer payments and resolving discrepancies to maintain the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of working independently under pressure.

salary: $20 – $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.

Research and reconcile account discrepancies to maintain up-to-date accounts.

Scan payments into the bank for efficient processing.

Keep detailed notes of communications related to accounts within the Sapphire system.

Collaborate with retailers, sales teams, drivers, warehouse staff, customer service, and the National Call Center to collect outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies.

Distribute monthly statements via email to designated accounts.

Notify customers and sales teams of delivery term changes when required.

Handle a high volume of customer and driver calls, providing effective solutions under tight deadlines.

Escalate unresolved issues to the AR Manager as needed.
