Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in the Ruther Glen, VA area . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Repair metal surfaces

Install various items such as; backboards, serving lines, railings, fences and re-wiring trailer lights

Maintains shop, equipment, tools, vehicle and more for the purpose of ensuring the availability and functioning of required items and ensuring safety

Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items

Assist with other tasks assigned

Respond to emergency situations as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns

MIG, stick and TIG welding

Fabrication work

Reading blueprints

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years experience in the field

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
