Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siemens PLC programming, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting, and a strong understanding of hydraulic systems. This role involves maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Siemens PLC: Modify, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC programs to ensure efficient operation of machinery.

Electronic Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with servo systems and Siemens PLCs.

Schematic Reading: Interpret and work from electrical and mechanical schematics to identify and resolve issues.

Wire Tracking: Locate and repair broken wires to restore functionality.

Mechanical Troubleshooting: Identify and fix mechanical problems in various equipment.

Hydraulic Press Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair hydraulic press systems.

Electrical Controls: Maintain and troubleshoot electrical controls, including PLCs, motors, and drives.

Mechanical Hydraulics: Work with hydraulic systems to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

Drives, VFDs, VSDs: Understand and troubleshoot variable frequency drives (VFDs) and variable speed drives (VSDs).

Pressure Gauges: Use gauges to check pressure and ranges, ensuring equipment operates within specified parameters.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

Proficiency in Siemens PLC Troubleshooting.

Strong troubleshooting skills for both electronic and mechanical systems.

Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Experience with welding and hydraulic press systems.

Knowledge of electrical controls, including PLCs, motors, and drives.

Understanding of mechanical hydraulics and drive systems (VFDs, VSDs).

Ability to use gauges for pressure and range checks.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
