Hiring Maintenance Tech III
Job Summary: As a Maintenance Tech III you will use your knowledge, skills, and effort to safely install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will also utilize preventative maintenance processes on all production equipment to maintain minimal interruptions to production. You will utilize Lean tools (RCCM, 5-whys, A3, etc.) to improve downtime trends and reduce cost as needed. In addition, you will work with limited supervision and assist with the training and development of Junior Techs.

• Follow department policies and procedures.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a safe, professional, and timely manner.
• Work regular schedule and overtime when requested.
• Improve skills and increase knowledge relating to the job.
• Perform work with no supervision required.
• Train others.
