Innovative Medicine (IM) Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into a single ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Innovative Medicine ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a digital backbone that is fit for purpose, allowing us to support the business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

The Commercial Finance Deployment Lead Analyst is part of the IM Transcend Finance Deployment Team. This position will support the implementation of the E2E future state Finance processes as part of the S4/Hana implementation within the global transformation programs to include Order to Cash (O2C), Gross to Net, Revenue Recognition, Account to Report (A2R), and other commercial finance related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Commercial Finance workstream through the deployment phases of all Transcend releases.

Assist Data Migration, Business Simulation Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Adoption, Cutover, and Hypercare

Partner with BPO and GTO teams on global template development and deployment

Identify and analyze deployment risks and mitigation activities.

Identify workstream interdependencies with outside programs (Signifi Transact, MedTech Transcend, others)

Provide Credo based leadership to further an environment of inclusiveness and continued career and personal development.

Support the Commercial Finance workstream through the deployment phases of all Transcend releases.

Data Conversion, Migration, and Validation

Prepare the data conversion and validation as part of the integration.

Support data mapping validation.

Assist validation activities and adhere to timelines according to deployment roadmap.

Ensure high quality data is delivered in line with Common Information Model standards.

Testing Planning and Execution

Support BST and UAT cycles for each release.

Partner with IT, GTO, and BPO teams to resolve test defects.

Review and analyze testing results in conformity to compliance standards.

Business Adoption

Partner with Business Adoption Leads, BPO Team, Base Business Stakeholders to deploy end to end organizational change strategies.

Support post-go live hyper care period to ensure end users can perform all essential functions in the period following launch.

Ensure consistency to J&J change management framework.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years professional related experience is required.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Ability to comprehend SAP design documentation and test scripts.

Knowledge and experience working with SAP is required.

Solid understanding of Accounting & Reporting

Strong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detail.

Dedicated to developing expertise in complex financial topics.

Agile mentality

Good communication and ability to clearly articulate complex issues

Great teammate and collaborative working style

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Experience in a major business transformation / ERP Project

Experience as Lead Analyst for a large manufacturing site.

Experience leading testing cycles – BST, UAT, data validation.

Expert knowledge of SAP ERP platform

Knowledge of digital tools (PowerQuery, PowerBI, etc.)

Experience with working in global / vi r tual environments.

Experience using Jira project tool.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
