Summary You will serve as a GENERAL BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL SPECIALIST in the Centralized Coordination Department of FLTREADCEN EAST. Responsibilities You will evaluate operational issues to recommend solutions and improvement. You will create budget submissions by establishing procurement requirements. You will assist in the management of enhancements to operational systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of software support for an Acquisition Department. You will monitor contractors work to ensure conformance with specifications and requirements. You will plan and implement complete LRP goals for systems and equipment. You will express opinions and technical findings fluently orally and in writing. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing high-level program and project management to ensure efficient and effective planning, direction and timely execution of a large and complex program; 2) Developing, submitting and managing Funding Plans to ensure proper execution of customer funds and effective organizational financial performance; 3) Providing consistent, quality customer service to ensure successful project execution and ultimate customer satisfaction with delivered products and services;4) Coordinate business issues related to Title 10 statutory requirements associated with the partnering process within private industries; 5) Manage a comprehensive data-driven performance, measurement framework to evaluate the status and progress of assigned partnership and projects; 6) Collaborating with internal and external customers and Senior Leadership for the purpose of negotiating, determining, or coordinating efforts and/or changes affecting their organizational units; 7) Identifying, evaluating, developing and implementing innovative solutions to eliminate program obstacles and achieve program objectives.
