PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Program Management Personnel and Support Department of FLTREADCEN EAST. Responsibilities You will develop, lead and negotiate recommendations involving configuration changes, projects and programs. You will develop and maintain databases related to configuration management activities, projects, and training. You will propose solution strategies to improve process integration. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying thorough technical knowledge of configuration management policy and procedures to plan, guide, and direct configuration baseline updates to solve problems involving in-service aircraft and to incorporate new capabilities into aircraft; 2) Managing and developing projects to solve problems promptly and professionally; 3) Communicating and maintaining frequent personal contacts with various team members, personnel, program managers, and other government activities; 4) Leading individuals and teams to solve a variety of complex technical problems impacting reliability and maintainability of all aircraft systems; 5) Applying negotiation principals to resolve technical and team related conflicts among work teams, managers, and senior officials throughout the organization.
