FORTUNE 100 FINANCE COMPANY CORPORATE LOCATION NEAR NORTHPOINT MALL & THE AVALON AREA IN ALPHARETTA CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT REPS NEEDED GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR 4 YEAR DEGREE COLLEGE GRADS TRAINING BEGINS – October 30th – PAY- $21hr MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF: 1) A BACHELORS DEGREE 2) 2 YEARS OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE WILL BE –

Process incoming and outgoing customer correspondence

Process checks that are received at the office

Ensure all customer information is secured.

Assisting on phones as needed

Shifts will fall between the hours of 8am – 5pm, M-F. Will work overtime as needed Client will consider hiring “TOP PERFORMERS” after 7-8 months WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT ONCE PERM YOU WILL RECEIVE:

Responsibilities

Job Duties

Process incoming and outgoing customer correspondence

Process checks that are received at the office

Ensure all customer information is secured.

Document Management – Uploading documents to customer files; having documents notarized.

File maintenance – pulling paid in full files and sending them to storage and ordering files from storage when necessary.

Signing visitors in and out of the office

Perform miscellaneous task as assigned
