Minimum qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a Technical or Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.

Experience in commodity management, agreement negotiation, supplier development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.

Experience with industrial equipment, data center infrastructure or modular projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Masters degree in a technical or engineering field or MBA.

Demonstrated experience with large-scale industrial engineering and construction programs, preferably data centers.

Working knowledge of international requirements, currency, tax, codes, and logistics challenges.

Demonstrated excellent leadership and influencing skills, resulting in solid relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Develop and execute category strategies through close collaboration with Google engineering and commodity teams.

Conduct detailed contract negotiations, including comprehensive contractual agreements, and ensure capacity planning and supply-chain strategies are implemented to meet On Time Delivery.

Drive RFP/RFI/RFQs and lead cross-functional teams with supplier selection process. Define cost drivers, develop cost models and establish should cost analysis.

Serve as internal point of contact for all ongoing remediation and quality improvement programs, define multi-year R&D efforts and implement supply chain and supply base improvements.

Implement supply chain improvements – driving supply base improvement with supplier metrics and regular business reviews.
