Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees the activities of other analysts.
Develops business solutions through the constant modification of the existing business intelligence solutions.
Conducts the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisions.
Monitors ongoing data feeds and performs analysis and investigations on data quality issues.
Prepares data requests for clients tailored to each project and anticipating the data required to produce the expected deliverables
Assists with the establishment of dashboards, reports, and adhoc analysis.
Analyzes quality results and suggest solutions to more advanced problems.
Participates in the development of process improvement initiatives.
Coordinates multiple data/reporting development projects across to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner
Drives and informs internal discussions related to PCG data systems (UBS, Claiming System, etc.) and gathers requirements as they relate to claiming, reporting, visualizations and resultant data structures and collections;
Develops, streamlines, and actively participates in user assurance testing procedures in areas of assigned focus and responsibility
Uses approved products and tools to monitor status of projects and initiatives
Monitors project execution and drives projects to a conclusion
Performs special projects upon request
Supports and participates in the design and delivery of client and staff member training and coaching related to reporting tools
Understands how data and integrate and identifies opportunities for greater efficiencies and revenue generation across the region
Serves as liaison between Project and Business Line for assigned projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or relevant experience
1-3 years’ experience with Medicaid UBS and EasyTrac Bridge Reports
Supervisory Responsibility
1 or more Staff

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $70,000-$75,000 . In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
