Work Focus
This individual will develop and grow value-based stakeholder partnerships with nonprofit organizations across community sectors. In addition, this individual will assist in managing the systems disaster relief readiness and response process by coordinating disaster planning and action among bottling partners and cross-functional teams.
Focus, Scope, & Impact
Manage day-to-day administration of assigned nonprofit partnerships by building, implementing, and tracking the effectiveness of our stakeholder partnership strategies in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico to make a difference in the communities we serve and enhance our system reputation.
Manage disaster relief response working closely with our bottling partners, cross-functional teams and external organizations, as crises unfold in the NAOU territories. Continually, improve our disaster relief readiness by planning integrated response actions with the bottling network and cross-functional teams.
Manage community value creation process with nonprofit partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cause marketing, volunteerism and innovative approaches to advance the missions of nonprofit partners and create value for the system.
Collaborate with Stakeholder & Social Impact Management team members and The Coca-Cola Foundation to prioritize investments.
Gather deep and broad intelligence about nonprofit partners and community sectors to enable insightful analysis, identification of trends, engagement mapping and assessment of new opportunities.
Build system intelligence leveraging our digital community management tools to facilitate decision-making.
Steward nonprofit partnerships in a manner that optimizes the public visibility of our positive social impact, capturing proof points for the company and system narrative.
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred.
12 years experience in building and managing partnerships, with accountability for developing and implementing strategies that create mutual value.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build coalitions to identify win-win outcomes.
Business acumen and experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects.
Communication Focus
Manage communication with portfolio partners and stakeholders; respond to unsolicited requests.
Manage disaster relief response and provide updates to NAOU leaders in partnership with bottlers.
Gather and analyze sector intelligence to optimize sector strategies, target investments in line with social priorities, and enhance system reputation.
Prepare and deliver presentations on our social strategy and impact to internal and external audiences.
