We are seeking an RF HW Architect to join our team in sunny Orlando!! This person will act as a subject matter expert for a variety of missile and fire control development programs utilizing cutting-edge technology in antennas, transmitters, receivers, and signal processing. The RF Principal Engineer will contribute expertise to the development, production, integration and test, and analyses of the RF systems.

What You Will Be Doing

– Oversight of design, integration and test, and production efforts of Lockheed Martin sensor hardware components.

– Oversight of RF analyses in support of HWIL, modeling and simulation, and flight test activities.

– Oversight of efforts to transition RF test capabilities to production facilities, including development of RF chambers.

– Support roadmap development and coordination with IRAD and Evolutionary Development for Block upgrades.

Basic Qualifications:

– Experience in the development and production of RF systems

– Experience in Radar Theory and Electromagnetics

– Experience in supplier management

– Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Desired Skills:

– Previous Missile Design and RF Sensor Experience

– Experience with Antenna Design and Measurement Ranges

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
