Responsibilities

Our Maintenance Department is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join the team! If you have a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Use tools (e.g., wrenches) to disassemble, repair, or replace equipment components.

Test and assess damaged parts to determine if major repairs are needed, using knowledge of hydraulics and basic electrical systems.

Perform regular preventative maintenance (PM) on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate closely with other maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and solve equipment issues.

Specific Skills & Physical Demands:

strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Comfortable working at heights (climbing ladders) and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and climb throughout the workday.

Must be in good physical condition and demonstrate agility to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
