Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Analyst with experience in Dayforce to join our clients dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our HR information systems, enhancing data integrity, and improving HR processes. This position is TEMPORARY with the possibility to go permanent.

You must live in Eastern Standard Time. You must have experience with Dayforce.

salary: $36.05 – $38.46 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Dayforce HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making.

Collaborate with HR teams to identify system needs and implement enhancements.

Provide training and support to HR staff on Dayforce functionalities.

Assist in the integration of Dayforce with other systems and processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues as they arise.

Stay updated on HRIS trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
