Vice President, Global Channel Management & Effectiveness Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President to lead our Global Channel Management & Effectiveness efforts, with a focus on North America (NAM) and Latin America (LATAM). This role will be based in Tampa, FL, and will oversee the strategy and execution of our channel marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal performance, precise targeting, and consistent branding across all channels. The VP will also manage the budget and oversee third-party vendors while driving continuous improvement in channel effectiveness and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Management

Optimize all channels to market to drive quality applications.

Continuously explore and assess new, market-leading channels for viability.

Ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Evaluate industry trends and apply market intelligence to channel strategy.

Develop and refine the channel management plan to align with business demand.

Lead initiatives to upskill global recruiters in using all available channels efficiently.

Streamline processes to improve the global utilization of channels and ensure compliance with best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure compliance and optimal utilization of tools.

Campaign Activation/Budget

Lead deployment of always-on campaigns across channels, including paid media, programmatic ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Advise campaign managers on their targeting strategies to amplify campaigns on the right channels.

Manage and oversee budgets assigned to paid campaigns and ensure effective use of resources.

Launch programmatic advertising through platforms such as Google Search, Display Banner Ads, Native Ads, Video Streaming, and Sponsored Jobs.

Build LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns and coordinate with internal teams to achieve precise targeting.

Data-Driven Decisions:

Monitor and track campaign performance across all channels, assessing ROI and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Conduct regular reviews of job board and channel performance to make data-informed decisions.

Consolidate campaign data to create baselines of effectiveness and perform gap analyses.

Ensure accuracy in data collection, including source tagging for reliable performance metrics.

Experience:

Proven experience in channel management, particularly in a global context.

Strong expertise in paid media, programmatic advertising, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven decision-making processes.

Experience managing budgets and collaborating with third-party vendors.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

$103,920.00 – $155,880.00
