Must have previous maintenance technician experience

Description:
Oversee new equipment installation, set up, modification and repair
Work with outside contractors to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
Perform troubleshooting and investigate equipment failures
Inspect and check equipment for proper operating condition and make necessary adjustments
Perform preventative maintenance, calibration of equipment and systems including repair, rework to meet and maintain specs and tolerances
Requirements:
Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders.
Ability to connect wire to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, replace switches and fuses, and splice wire, replace or repair belts, chains, or cables on machinery.
Ability to align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates with the potential to operate metalworking machines to fabricate housings, jigs, fittings, and fixtures.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Industrial Maintenance with emphasis on electrical controls
Intermediate knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, and vision controls
Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Theory for AC/DC circuits, Motor Controls (VFD, Servo)
Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics
