Mold Setup Technician – Night Shift

Job Title: Mold Setup Technician & Process Technicians
Job Description
Primary responsibilities include changing and setting up mold machines and providing maintenance support to maximize production efficiency. This position offers a great path to becoming a Master Technician. You will be responsible for removing and setting up the die/tooling for the next run, troubleshooting malfunctions of the injection machine, and calling in the maintenance team if unable to complete the repair. Once a run is completed, you will remove all wires and hoses to pull the tooling and molds out of the press, select the new tooling, and place it within the machine, hooking up all the proper wires and hoses to ensure the tooling is ready for the Process Technician. You will be supported by Flex Operators.
Hard Skills
Mechanical Aptitude – understanding of tools and ability to assemble/disassemble things mechanically
Learn or prior understanding of how to use a multi-meter
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Bardstown, Kentucky.
