We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment. This role ensures that production operations run efficiently and safely by maintaining mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in optimal condition.

Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on a wide variety of machines and equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment.

Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities are carried out in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

Conduct inspections and perform testing to identify wear and potential failures before they occur.

Replace or repair faulty components, including bearings, belts, motors, and electrical systems.

Collaborate with production staff to understand and address equipment issues.

Follow safety protocols and company procedures during repairs and maintenance activities.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report any unresolved issues to the Maintenance Manager.

Assist in the installation, setup, and testing of new machinery and equipment.

Stay updated on the latest maintenance best practices and technologies.
