What youll do
Create and maintain Requests for Quotes for MRP replenishment items.
Support Contract Lifecycle Management
P-Card process management and reconciliation
Support/expedite material purchases
Investigating receiving/invoicing discrepancies
Material analysis and data enhancement for Master Data support
Complete warehouse analysis and reporting on an ad hoc basis.
Support the Procure-to-Pay process for goods and services.
Identify cost reductions and mitigate risks.
Support vendor setup and contract closeout processes
Collaborating with relevant parties to negotiate contracts

Available to begin work on or around May 5th, 2025

As this position requires the operation of a motor vehicle, a valid US Drivers License is required
Previous experience is considered an asset
Strong attitude for carrying out all work in a safe, cautious manner while following safe work practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education
Seeking individuals pursuing an undergraduate degree in SCM or any Business-related field (Commerce, Economics, Finance, etc.), or those with equivalent experience
Preference will be given to students in 3rd or 4th year
Availability for multiple work terms is preferred
Strong academic performance
Ability to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester
Attached copies of transcripts
Must be enrolled in a 2025 Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
Candidates with equivalent experience in addition to a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered.
