This is a full desk position -
the individual we are looking for is comfortable and successful with:
identifying leads
pursuing contacts
setting sales appointments
developing and delivering sales presentations
closing new accounts
account retention
recruiting to fill job requisitions

We are open to anyone with a proven new business sales track record.
Ideally some or all of the following criteria are met:

– Bachelors degree or 3 years exp in Business, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources or related field
– 2 years experience in cold calling and achieving sales quotas
– Outside sales training
– Strong communication skills with honed ability to give presentations, negotiate and close business

Base Salary will vary based on skills, experience, and past verifiable sales quota obtainment-
Commision paid on top of base
Commissions paid monthly 
Possibility of remote/hybrid if sales quotas are being met or exceeded (will need to work in office for first 3-6 months until performance metrics are met or exceeded)
