Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $103,200-$141,900 benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relations
Drive and grow Interstates business as a key client leader. This includes understanding their needs, selling Interstates services, negotiating contract terms, tracking opportunities and activity, and delivering successful projects.
Partner with BD to develop pursuit plans and identify potential key clients for Interstates.
Ensure that Delivery teams are focused on exceeding client expectations and building relationships with our clients.
Work with clients to understand their journey and provide solutions that align with their priorities and business goals.
Be a client sponsor to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relations.
May lead or participate on Client Team(s)
Builds key partner relationships with hardware/software vendors, distributors, and project partners.
Innovation and Growth
Set direction for team technical competencies, customers technologies, standards, best practices, and processes.
Support contribution margin targets, revenue factor for technology offers.
Understands industry trends in technology and is able to articulate to clients how the
