Job Summary
Are you ready to join our team as a Receptionist at KBR’s National Security Solutions Group in Beavercreek, Ohio? In this role, you will be the welcoming face for employees, customers, and visitors, managing visitor check-ins, phone calls, and conference room schedules. You will also collaborate closely with our security team to enforce policies and manage badging processes. Roles and Responsibilities:
General Receptionist Tasks:
Welcoming employees, customers, and visitors
Visitor check-in (via KBR software)
Conference room scheduling (via Outlook)
Other general administrative functions
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to interact with managers/leaders at all levels of the organization
Set up meetings, record meeting minutes, & allocate action items.
Security Coordination:
Working closely with Security to enforce Security Measures/Policies
Serve as Point of Contact for all facilities issues (i.e., water leaks, lightbulb outages, temperature control, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen
High School Diploma
At least 2 years experience conducting administrative/secretarial tasks and keeping up with general office procedures.
