Position Summary:

The Commercial Coordinating Manager is to provide seamless coordination to empower our Commercial organization to thrive and achieve unparalleled success. Serve as liaison with enterprise teams, allowing organization to remain focused on commercial excellence. Drive efficiencies and consistency across the organization that are sustainable and scalable.

Responsibilities:

Supervises a team of professional personnel and provides organizational support with development and analysis of data necessary to measure profitability of business opportunities for the Commercial Organization.​

Oversees team that maintains and provides governance over methodologies that measures operational and reviews with Commercial leadership regularly.​

Provides analytical and coordination support on key initiatives and projects.​

Facilitates submission of metrics and analytics and works with BP&A to submit, report and consolidate key Commercial operating metrics for executive leadership review.​

Acts as Commercial s CERT, TAG, Hurricane Advisory team, Business Recovery Team and Business Realization Team representative and creates, maintains and oversees Commercial Business Continuity Plan.​

Manages the Commercial Subscription program in partnership with Supply Chain. The program managers $24MM in Commercial cost across our subscription services, partners with organizational sponsors to drive efficiencies and optimize services through third party vendors.

Oversees the execution of Commercial’s recruiting efforts, including on-campus recruiting, intern and new hire on-boarding programs, and partners with HR and other stakeholders to develop our intern and new hire strategy​

Commercial Liaison for Enterprise-wide groups such as Facilities, AV, HES&S, and Supply Chain.

Coordinates, assists and prepares presentations in support of division and organizational projects, plans and initiatives for internal and/or external consumption. ​

Facilitates New Business Realization initiatives, which includes working with business partners across the MPC, including Law, Accounting, Tax, IT, MPLX, etc.​

Work with BP&A to oversee Central Support Budget and facilitate creation and monthly monitoring of actuals versus budget​

Coordinates New Product Realization (NPR) Process coast-to-coast for all commercial and exchange activities.​

Facilitates and assists, as needed, corporate, and Commercial organizational projects and assignments, maintaining all confidentiality requirements, while completing analytical and data gathering support.​

Recommends business process improvements and drives activities to accomplish such activities.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline required.

Eight (8) years of industry or related experience required.
