Responsibilities
Support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for U.S. operations and manufacturing support departments.
Additional responsibilities include training and support of CMMS end users, integration of new technologies, and day-to-day system management.
Execute day-to-day tasks including setup and maintenance of system user ID’s and profiles.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Services support personnel on software debugging/upgrades and control default menu inputs and selections.
Correspond with managers, supervisors, maintenance technicians and manufacturing engineers to manage and create organizational structures, processes, or assets in CMMS. Activities may include, but not limited to, planning and coordinating new setup information in CMMS as new plants/facilities utilize the system.
Create, coordinate, and update purchase order (PO) issuing for contractors, including the contractor compliance database. Assign new asset numbers for machines. Save new and updated preventative maintenance (PM) check sheet information in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) which includes updating mutable assets, when needed.
Create new asset PM check sheets using manual baseline schedule and work with lead tech for adjustments. Create PM and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) routes as needed.
Train and support CMMS end users. Help solve end user problems and answer questions as needed. Support end users and IT Helpdesk to resolve CMMS system software related problems.
Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent
2 – 4 hours work experience.
Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.
Associate degree (Business or Information Services) or five years’ equivalent experience.
Thorough understanding of Computerized Maintenance Software and Maintenance department practices.
Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database is preferred.
Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a commonsense approach are desired.
