Crew Member

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various tasks on construction sites, contributing to the building and restoration of structures. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Must have drivers license and own vehicle to get to shop every morning, work truck and trailer available to get to job sites from shop in Paulding, Ohio. NO DUIs or OVIs

7a.m -4p.m

Duties

– Perform heavy lifting and assist in the restoration and construction of structures.
– Build and assemble components according to provided schematics.
– Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
– Engage in metal stud framing and masonry work as needed.
– Operate welding equipment for specific projects.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

– Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
– Familiarity with schematics and blueprints is a plus.
– Experience with metal stud framing, masonry, or welding is highly desirable.
– Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
– Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
– Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as required.
– Must be able to work in various weather conditions on a construction site.

Pay: $17.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
