Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to achieve patient goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for outpatient rehabilitation patients. Document patient progress using the Cerner charting system and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on therapy plans, home exercises, and overall wellness. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an outpatient setting. Certifications: BLS Certification: Required. Licensure: Active Indiana state PT license required. First-time Travelers: Accepted. On-Call Requirement: Yes, occasional Saturday coverage. Floating: Clinician may float within scope as needed to meet facility requirements. Holidays: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
