Job Title: Release of Information (ROI) Specialist I

About the Role:
Looking to get hands-on experience in the healthcare industry? As a Release of Information (ROI) Specialist I, youll play a key role in helping healthcare providers manage patient records with accuracy and care. Youll ensure patient privacy while processing medical record requests for things like Continuing Care and Disability Determination Services. If youre detail-oriented and interested in healthcare, data management, or compliance, this position is for you!

What Youll Do:

– Handle requests for medical records, making sure they meet HIPAA and other regulations
– Use ROI software to process and log requests, ensuring high accuracy and confidentiality
– Perform quality control to prevent breaches of sensitive health information
– Help answer questions and solve issues related to the release of records
– Support multiple healthcare clients and facilities, both on-site and remotely
– Be ready to learn and take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience
