We are seeking a Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.

Hours: Full-time, (4) 10-hour shifts within the Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm pharmacy schedule. Saturday rotation, approximately every 6 weeks.

This onsite position is located at our pharmacy in Central Fill Pharmacy – N171 W21840 Caymus Ct., Jackson, Wisconsin

Primary Responsibilities:

Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service

Fill new prescriptions and refills of medications using various forms of compliance packaging

Medication ordering and maintenance of appropriate inventory controls within the pharmacy

Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy

Communication with various doctors and doctors’ offices regarding obtaining proper prescription, insurance or prior authorization information

Oversee controlled substance logs and inventory cabinet

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pharmacy technicians

Prepare medication emergency kits if required by the clinic for any after-hours dispensing of medications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

Current pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Long Term Care
