Our client is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Infrastructure Operations team. In this critical role, you will manage complex projects across our technology platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $60 – 68 per hour

work hours: 9am to 5pm

responsibilities:

Lead medium-to-high complexity projects related to environment management, OS/server upgrades, application configurations, and network communications.

Administer third-party systems to ensure compliance with security policies, including user management and documentation.

Manage internal and external integrations (APIs, SSO) and ensure performance meets SLAs.

Collaborate with security teams to monitor vulnerabilities and develop remediation plans.

Build effective relationships across IT and business functions and mentor peers on best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

4 years of experience in infrastructure and operations roles, with a focus on systems and cloud operations.

Understanding of Microsoft technologies, SDLC, network security concepts, and compliance frameworks.

Proficiency in SQL and scripting (PowerShell preferred).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).

Ideal Candidate: A proactive, accountable, and adaptable professional with excellent communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
