JOB REQUIREMENTS: HUMAN RESOURCES & SAFETY ADVISOR (U.S. DISTRIBUTION
CENTERS) We are looking for a Human Resources & Safety Advisor who will
report to the Human Resources Manager, and wholl be tasked with
providing support and guidance to managers and employees on all human
resources-related matters within our U.S. distribution centers. As part
of your role, youll be significantly contributing to the
organizations growth. Youll be a trusted advisor to the U.S.
distribution management team. YOULL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Recruit
and Hire: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, screen resumes,
conduct interviews, and select candidates for open positions. Manage the
onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required paperwork and
processes are completed. Build Employee Relations: Provide guidance and
support to managers and employees on employee relations matters,
including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict
resolution. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.
Health & Safety: Conduct risk assessments and investigate all accidents
and near misses. Provide recommendations for corrective actions and
facilitate compliance with occupational health & safety (OHS)
guidelines. Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees while
fostering a safety-conscious culture. Report EHS data and compliance
documentation to regulatory agencies. Train and Develop: Develop and
implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and
performance improvement. Administer Compensation and Benefits: Assist
with the administration of compensation and benefits programs including
salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and leave of absence management.
Carry Out Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company
policies. Manage employee records and maintain the confidentiality of
sensitive information. TRAVEL: This position requires travel to our
Morrow, Georgia distribution center once a quarter. YOULL THRIVE IN
THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Required: 4 plus years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business
Partner or similar role 2 plus years of experience leading Health &
Safety compliance in a distribution, manufacturing or similar
