Position Summary

The role of an Intern will sit within the Commercial function of our Global Professional Battery Division. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Support Global Professional. It is a global commercial team spanning APAC, EMEA and Americas.

Responsibilities

Manage CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), supporting Commercial team, carrying out weekly audits / analysis on data, building dashboards and maintaining system integrity

Support the Commercial team with any administrative duties and mailing programs as required

Support the commercial team in the preparation for customer meetings (e.g., preparing presentations) and taking part in customer meetings on request

Supporting with any global account contract price changes, carrying out pricing audits and flagging any system issue

We we are looking for

Bachelor Education or equivalent

Highly developed IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel & PowerPoint)

Strong analytical ability with a passion for numbers, problem-solving and must demonstrate good attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment, delivering quality output while adhering to tight deadlines

Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
