at Western States! WHAT DOES MY DAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE? In this
role, you will interact and coordinatewith the Sales/Customer Service
Teams and other stakeholders to obtain, manage and process customer
requests (quotes, orders, special projects, etc). Works directly with
various Sales Reps and proactively with customers to generate sales
growth from a portfolio of accounts by identifying customer
current/future needs, up-selling, cross-selling and following up on
quotes to turn these to orders. Utilize a seasoned approach to the work
to build/strengthen relationships and to go above and beyond
requirements to improve the customer experience. This is accomplished by
understanding/clarifying expectations, taking ownership & initiative,
demonstrating leadership, challenging the status quo and resolving any
customer objections through sound analysis, problem solving and
decisiveness. This individual will plan, prepare, sort, and enter order
and customer information into various computer systems in our office in
Sun Prairie. This position is full-time, and the hours are 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.Youll receive in-depth training that
prepares you for success, along with opportunities to provide
