Food Service/Dishwasher

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Substitute
Dishwasher and Server to join our school cafeteria team on a
part-time/on-call basis. This position is essential for ensuring a
smooth and efficient meal service for the students. The ideal candidate
will be adaptable, work well in a fast-paced environment, and have a
positive attitude towards working with youth and staff. Key
Responsibilities: Dishwashing Duties: -Operate dishwashing equipment and
maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. -Sort,
wash, and store dishes and kitchen items efficiently. -Ensure all
kitchen areas remain clean and organized, following health and safety
guidelines. -Assist in maintaining inventory of dishwashing supplies.
Serving Duties: -Help set up and serve meals. -Interact positively with
students, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. -Monitor food
safety and portion control during service. -Assist with cleaning up
dining areas post-meal service. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: -Previous experience in food service or kitchen work is
a plus, but not required. -Ability to work collaboratively as part of a
team. -Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. -Must be
able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
