This individual will assist our Commercial Lenders to serve members in various ways including gathering and preparing loan documentation, helping to manage the portfolio by developing relationships and trust with our members. Job Duties
Partners with assigned commercial loan officers to ensure commercial loan portfolios maintain acceptable creditstandards and loan policy guidelines and procedures are followed.
Gathers and prepares loan documentation and presentations.
Assists in properly structuring loan facilities to meet the unique needs and desires of the member.
May assist in the delivery of treasurer management products and services to members.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in business, agriculture, or a similar field or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred
A minimum of three years’ business lending experience. Credit underwriting experience of more than one year is preferred
Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office software
Knowledge of general banking and industry trends, risks, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of cash flow, credit, and evaluating collateral
Working knowledge of loan documentation, deposit products and other bank services as well as loan policies and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance and have proper business telephone etiquette
Exhibits above average performance accuracy, productivity and member service
