JOB REQUIREMENTS: Starting pay is $28.44 per hour Work 50% of the year
with weekends on for 1 month, weekends off the next What we offer you:
Starting pay is $28.44 per hour, with overtime available Only work 84
hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of
scheduled overtime every two weeks $0.25 per hr increase every 6 months
for the first two years Quarterly bonus based on plant performance

knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical
systems Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up
to .0010 Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality,
cost, and productivity We need you to have: High school diploma, GED, or
equivalency Technical school degree or certification in a related field
is a plus Ability to learn the use of SPC and to utilize it as a tool
