Customer Support Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Be part of a team providing top notch service to its
customers! We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our
reputable client in Stevens Point. This person will provide support to
the Client Account team. Duties: -Processing renewals and creating
communication using mail merge in Word, Mailchimp and other tools
-Loading documents into document archive -Delivering mail items to team
members -Assisting to monitor a shared team inbox and responding to
requests -Maintaining accurate account information in database -Working
with higher level staff to problem solve -Assisting with creating portal
accounts and maintaining links for customers -Transferring data from
English to foreign language translations -Special projects as assigned
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Ability to develop
thorough product knowledge -Knowledge of computers and skill in programs
including MS Office, SQL and Salesforce (or ability to be trained in
programs) -Multi-tasking ability -Detail oriented -Strong customer
