Mortgage Processor

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Mortgage Processor & Closer opportunity with our
client in Wisconsin Rapids! Work as part of a well-established bank that
is proud to call Central Wisconsin home. In a fast-paced environment,
will be responsible for gathering and reconciling conditions on mortgage
loan files and closings, and ensuring loan files close by the correct
date. Duties include: -Reviewing and analyzing residential and land
appraisals -Calculating and analyzing income and asset documentation to
ensure adequate funds -Ordering and evaluating real estate title
insurance binders -Preparing closing packages & reviewing necessary
paperwork with regard to mortgage regulations -Loading loan information
into mortgage software system -Calculating and processing construction
to permanent loan financing -Preparing and analyzing Excel spreadsheet
reports -Analyzing General Ledgers -Communicating loan status to
appropriate parties -Training & Cross Training co-workers
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Previous banking/loan experience;
specific mortgage loan processing & closing, mortgage underwriting
experience highly desired -Must be a resourceful self-starter -Must be
service-oriented -Proven ability to meet deadlines and make quick
decisions -High degree of detail and accuracy -Proficiency in MS Word &
Excel, and ability to learn loan platform software
