monitor, and motivate the Industrial sales teams efforts for the
business. Drive the development of sales plans and marketing programs
with a goal of maximizing sales growth while growing profitability.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, business,
economics, finance or related field OR 10 years of equivalent-level
experience in lieu of degree. A minimum of 5 years of experience in
consultative direct sales is required. Prior experience managing a sales
or account management team is required. Experience working with large,
complex accounts. Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
Ability to travel regularly through assigned territory. Overnight travel
is required. Masters in business administration preferred. 10 years of
experience in business development or direct sales for strategic
accounts preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Lead a team of sales
professionals setting vision and strategy for the team; serve as role
model through coaching and development of direct reports. Develop sales
plans and growth strategies, lead account managers in execution of
plans. Develop and execute annual revenue plan, including providing
quarterly, semi-annual, and annual formal business report outs. Define
and lead the initiative to drive growth and expansion of the Industrial
Product portfolio, working closely with the growth leaders within
designated regions. Continually analyze and evaluate sales team to
assure we have effective talent management practices including
determining staffing needs, goal setting and performance evaluations,
incentive payments, employee development programs, and succession
planning. Partner with marketing team to develop and execute strategic
marketing plans. Participate in organizational change initiatives to
accommodate market and business demands. Develop a pipeline for future
revenue and build growth strategies and long-term sales plans. Identify
