Position Description Position Summary: As a member of the Operations and Supply Chain team, the Operations Analyst will provide reporting, analysis and support to the Operations group. This role provides reporting, analysis and updates for relevant operational financial metrics. This position also will provide financial input to ACIST and BDI business systems (SAP BPM/IBIS) allowing for new product introductions and maintenance of current products. Beyond day-to-day responsibilities this role supports all reporting and maintenance needs for Eden Prairie Operations, Purchasing, and Planning. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for creating sales orders, shipping and invoicing ACIST domestic and international Buyback orders. Create new Buyback customers and maintain existing customers information in SAP. Create and maintain new and existing materials/items in SAP and BPM systems to ensure proper set up at both ACIST and BDI in a timely manner. Periodically review existing SAP master data fields and make corrections as necessary. Maintain all but the costing tab of the SAP material master. Maintain the Acist List Price and the Distributors pricing structures in SAP. Work with Global Service and Sales Administration to implement pricing parameters that will automate the pricing structure at time of sales order entry. Interface with BDI for AP support and problem resolution. Create good receipts for all capital purchase orders. Provide account coding recommendations to the Purchasing department. Help trouble-shoot issues with existing purchase orders. Provide Operational/Financial reports for scrap. Assist the Finance team in researching variances. Create and maintain blanket purchase orders for all freight vendors. Send the FedEx Express download to the A/P team (Daily). Approve all freight invoices in SAP. Update Agile supplier information as required, maintaining ASL, including ISO certifications. Own Quarterly Excess and Obsolete Inventory review and determine dispositions for each E&O material. Support operations, purchasing, and planning team with building custom SAP reports and external dashboards to effectively manage the business. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Minimum Bachelors degree in business administration, IT, accounting or finance. In lieu of 4-year degree, 10 yrs experience with a 2-year accounting degree will be considered. Understanding of database and information flows to allow for report creation and manipulation of downloaded data Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong analytical skills Strong Computer Application Skills including MS Excel, MS Word and PPT. Effective verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated interpersonal skills Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills.
