Accounts Receivable Specialist

Aston Carter, Inc. is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist with one of Minnesotas top companies.
Description:
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining Cash Application, and Reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve issues involving payment discrepancies (deductions, short pays, debit memos, general invoice issues)
• Track receivables through spreadsheets and SAP
• View aging reports to ensure customers are within net terms
• Assist with month end, year end, audits, and other Accounting functions
Job Qualifications:
• 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience with large ERP system (preferred SAP) and Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs)
• Able to work in a high volume fast-paced environment
• HS Diploma required, Associates / Bachelors Degree preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
