Responsibilities

Perform Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in CNC machines, lathes, and other equipment, and execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime.

Preventive Maintenance: Implement and follow a preventive maintenance schedule, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of worn parts to prolong equipment life.

Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to comply with safety regulations and facilitate future maintenance planning.

Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and protocols, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed in a safe and compliant manner to protect personnel and equipment.
