Retread Manager

Were currently in search of a Retread Manager to perform various daily management duties by overseeing, directing and coordinating activities of the retread plant to ensure its effective operations. Job Responsibilities: Meet production goals with planning skills, work schedules, problem resolution, and correct inventory Maintain and repair retread equipment (NDTs, Buffers, Builder and Chambers) Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline Maintaining a safe and clean store Additional tasks as assigned Job Requirements: 2 or more years management experience preferred 5 or more years of Bandag retread experience strongly preferred Technical Certificate or Associates Degree Preferred TIA/Bandag Certification or willingness to obtain Bandag CRT, ATA, OOSTA, Master Craftsman certified or working to obtain. Excellent Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred Valid Drivers License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomps Tire Service Standards You wouldnt stop at a green light, so dont let your career become caught in a roadblock.
