As a Consumer Banker you will use your passion for customer service to support our customers banking needs by completing a variety of teller transactions. In this role you will: -work with a team to greet clients and answer their questions, -resolve basic issues, pursue referral opportunities -learn skills and apply knowledge related to regulatory standards, policies, procedures -help troubleshoot and minimize fraud related situations for our customers. Starting at $18/hour based on experience and 22 Paid time off / Sick & Safe days & 11 Holidays days annually As a Consumer Banker 1: – No banking experience required – retail experience welcomed! – Combination of High School Diploma or equivalent and customer service experience – Experience in cash handling is a plus As a Consumer Banker 2: – Combination of High School Diploma or equivalent and customer service experience – 2 years related banking experience – Experience in sales or promotion of products and services is preferred.
