Description Full Time Sales Specialist l Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm l Assisted Living/Memory Care The Sales Specialist supports the communitys management team in building relationships and developing sales, assisting in the cultivation of prospective resident leads, and helping with outreach and event efforts to position Ecumen as the provider of choice. This role collaborates with the Senior Living Consultant to coordinate and execute marketing and media plans aimed at generating leads and brand awareness, while working closely with the centralized Sales and Marketing team. Essential Job Responsibilities: Coordinates with the site leader and clinical team to facilitate a smooth and seamless process from assessment through move-in. Follows up with leads and develops relationships with potential buyers as well as networking with other organizations. Facilitates means of written communication with leads, buyers and the wait list through the publication of a regular newsletter, memos and letters. Requests and collects reservation deposits, share payments and payments for interior changes per the schedule established by company policies. Gives presentations to community groups regarding the cooperative project as well as schedule and give tours. Completes necessary information for HUD processing including gathering information regarding buyers financial information. Leads buyers through final selection process and completes reservation agreements and subscription agreements. Prepares regular reports for the Vice President Sales/Marketing and communicates with him/her about the progress of marketing and sales of the project. Plans informational meetings. Other duties as assigned. Sales Specialist Minimum Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 2 years in Sales and Marketing and/or healthcare related experience. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations including able to work irregular hours, attend meetings and special events. Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Residents Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing or related field Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Experience with sales and marketing software Experience working with Seniors Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
