Job Description LOCATION: Grafton, ND ( Preferred) or Grand Forks, ND The Commercial Banking Associate 3 serves as a critical partner within the commercial, commercial real estate, business and ag bankers and the clients they serve. This role measures success by: Creating capacity for bankers Meeting or exceeding performance SLAs The overall customer experience This team is primarily responsible for focusing on those duties that support credit transactions. This role engages with all parties to ensure the credit process is seamless to the customer. Loan documentation is submitted accurately, renewals are done timely, and closings are successful and seamless. All of this will be accomplished by engaging members of the credit process delivery, collateral management, loan documentation teams as well as the tickler, upload, and servicing teams. This role requires service standards are met and loan documentation and file maintenance is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. This role serves as secondary level of communication with clients answering questions and helping solve problems to maintain customer satisfaction and allow banker time to concentrate on sales delivery. Key responsibilities include direct customer support; acting as a primary contact for the clients in support of the banker, preparation & reviewing reports, loan closing due diligence, reviewing documentation; assisting with loan closings; and maintenance of files. This position will also be responsible for participating in various audits and exams related to the lending process. Work will be documented, defined, and measured via clear KPIs that drive desired outcomes. Specialization of these duties may allow for certain loan specialists to be subject matter experts in certain segments. Some loan specialists may have responsibilities in other Bremer specialized functions such as the SBA or FSA or Franchise programs. In addition to loan support, this position also assists in banker support related to deposit and treasury management products assisting bankers as a secondary contact for clients as it relates to deposit account opening, deposit management, and coordination with treasury management inquires. They may also be required to perform other duties as assigned to fulfill market (branch) needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of related banking experience OR a bachelors degree and one year of related banking experience. Loan Operations Experience. FIS IBS System, Moodys Lending Cloud, and Microsoft Office software programs experience preferable. Work to be ome proficient in the following programs: Salesforce (Otto), Service Now, Core Logic, ValuTrac, FCM (Imaging), Docusign. Demonstrated ability to engage in active listening. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, and/or customers. Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, and/or regulatory agencies. #LI-KB1 #LI-Onsite Pay Range Pay Type: Non-Exempt/Hourly Minimum: $19.09 MidPoint: $27.33 Maximum: $35.53 Note: The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
