A Relationship Banker Supervisor is a customer service facing position responsible for quickly and accurately processing a customers transaction while maintaining a positive and professional image along with having the ability to manage the retail staff at the location and influence positive business growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Earn and maintain the respect and trust of people. Display honesty, integrity, and morality.
2. Responsible to promote a positive and collaborative environment that supports teamwork and excellent customer service throughout the organization.
3. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.
4. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
5. Responsible for soliciting, developing and maintaining profitable account relationships to increase market share
6. Responsible for overall branch performance
7. Manage the daily operations of the branch
8. Responsible for the appearance of the branch location, internal and external
9. Make calls on prospective and existing customers
10. Originate personal loans
11. Knowledgeable of all banking products and services
12. Knowledgeable of banking laws and regulations
13. Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
14. Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversees all Relationship Bankers in Minot, ND.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred
2. Minimum of three years experience in banking or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
3. Ability to be an independent thinker
