Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Description
Manage supervisors, leads, and employees in the production and warehouse areas. Set up all employees with daily work while running an effective production process. Oversee all production and shipment of products to ensure daily efficiency. Assist with any needed repairs to machines on production lines. Perform workforce evaluations, rewards, and disciplinary actions. Collaborate with sales and engineering on all upcoming orders. Organize and plan the production and warehouse areas to meet company goals. Help in the production and warehouse area as needed. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs at times.
