Hours:
Onsite 5 days, business casual. Standard hours are 8am to 5pm; however, start times can be flexible, ranging from as early as 7am to as late as 9am, with an 8-hour workday.
Job Description
Provide administrative support to the manager on day-to-day tasks. Interact with clients via email.
Support the healthcare customer team, which has several divisions/breakouts.
Monitor and track testing results using Excel.
Coordinate and manage output for one of the managers and all testers by gathering output details from the production team and delivering final notes to the testers.
Assist in moving clients to a new updated digital platform.
Assist in sending out data, scripts, and analytics from testing to the manager by making copies and scanning information.
Partner with the production and client experience team to ensure there are no communication gaps with customers.
File, fax, and scan all necessary documents to the correct managers promptly.
Handle additional administrative tasks as needed or requested.
