Call Center Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for a Call Center Representative in Itasca, Illinois.
PLEASE NOTE : This is an in-office, onsite position. No other options available.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Temp to Perm
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.
Location: Intersect of Medinah Road and Crest Avenue in Itasca, IL. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.
Pay: $18.00 to $ 18.00/hr
Length: Temp to Hire
Hours : M-F 8:30-5:00pm
Responsibilities for the Call Center Representative role include:
Responsible for receiving and responding to a large number of incoming requests.
Works to identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Builds trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provides accurate, valid, and complete information.
Documents customer complaints and provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Offers prompt follows up to ensure resolution.
Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts and files documents.
Qualifications for this Call Center Representative role:
Completed High School Diploma or GED.
Must have excellent attendance.
Minimum of one year of call center experience.
Requires strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Good customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
